About This File

With some changes this BAT has been influenced by the functionalist apartament building designed by the architect Juliusz Żórawski and built in Warsaw between the 1936 and 1937, next to the Przyjaciół Avenue (eng. ~"Avenue of Friends").

Plugin consists of parallel and diagonal version of the building. Models are also available in game as:
- PLOP - CS$$ - parallel and diagonal
- GROW - CS$$5, R$$$5 - parallel form only

All lots offer 100 working places or place for 75 residents.

Parallel model has 4 types (3 colors) of the facade - original one is the yellow sandstone.

DEPENDENCIES:
There is one, but optional.
If you want to see cars parked at the back of the lot, you need to install "MS Motokloss 60s-70s Car Props" from this set: http://community.sim...-set-car-props/
However lots should works good also without it (no brown boxes etc.), so it is not mandatory.

What's New 4

Released

  • 15.02.2013 - version 2 - new diagonal lot has been added with brown sandstone pavement texture (it fits to the Paeng's sandstone mod). Also texture of the old diagonal lot has been improved (now it fits better to the Maxis textures).
  • 04.03.2013 - version 3 with corrected grow/R$$$ lot. Now it has place for 60 occupants (previously, by mistake, it was only 3). Sorry for that.
  • 02.11.2013 - version 4 - some improvements of the grow models. R$$$ has now capacity of 75, "growth stages" = 5. Values related to the consumption of water, energy and waste production also have been modified. However If you are satisfied with the previous version, you don't have to replace it.

Great Job and love the variations, To me I think most residential buildings should have variations, not just row houses. Why well residential areas are larger than commerical areas. :D

This stunning architecture of an unknown class to me and you put it to a model in a very delicate way. 5/5 for sure!

I always think that lots with variations are the best! Allows the user to pick the style for custom cities.

Awesome building! And it's even better since it's HD, has diagonal versions, and has great lights!

Beautiful, good work! But it should be medium density, it's popping up in my suburbs, where it does not belong ;)
