This is my first BAT.
Sim Micro Systems is a fictional creation.
There is a LM version included, and a growable $$$ I-HT version.
The growable version employs 173. Both versions are on a 4x4 lot.
Nightlighting works.
There are two dependencies:

Released
- 1.2 minor changes to roof and lot.
- 1.3 new texture added to reduce brightness. back wall fixed.
- 1.4 building height increased, larger front door size, SMS Sign to front of building, changes to roof junk.
- If you download the update, please delete the previous installation from your plugins folder before unzipping the updated files.
