Hey, I just noticed this is under CitiesXL and not SC4.

The brown is a bit distracting and the white roof is a bit odd- overall nice mod- will look good in my citys. 4/5

The glass is nice but it has an unfinished look that a lot of your buildings seem to have. The plain roof isn't doing it for me i'm afraid..your glass is starting to look great though

1. download the file
2. open the simcity 4 folder
3. in the simcity 4 folder, open the plug ins folder
4. insert the downloaded (zip) file in the plug ins folder
5. unzip the file in the plug ins folder
6. voila!

It remembers me the AT&T building in Nashville !
