looks a little too mundane, and I don't really like the parking garages next to it, plus it looks out of scale. the six storey parking garage is barely as high as the 2nd storey on the building?

That's what cities are. Bland gray things with bigger bland gray things sticking up. I think this looks good!

i don't have much to say..............you just don't have to much talent but the building is quite nice.......does it has nitelight?

Lacks detail. The entryway and the garages don't work with the sheer volume of the building.

the building's out of scale. look at the floors compared to the parking level floors. they should be about the same. as it is the front door is about 20ft tall!

the scale could use some readjustment and the roof junk could stand to be fine tuned

Yeah this is way out of whack. If you shrink it some it may work better.

Good but definately could be improved: scale it down, improve the roof (better textures), take out the garages, new door texture. Then it could be a good building.

I think it could use some improvement. the things on the roof are interesting, but the bulding just looks to plain and out of place. the parking garages on the side are odd. sorry

needs work - scale is off - looks too plain - windows/floors WAY too big!

This thing is MASSIVELY out of scale with its surroundings. The parking garages next to it are five stories high each, but they only come up to the second floor of the building. Would be a nice bland commercial if it actually fit in the game...

Very 1984 or communist government ministry, good for a semi industrial zone, but as others have said needs to be rescaled and please lose the parking garages they dont add anything to the building and workers for this type of place would be more likly to use public transport, otherwise good idea.

Scale... scale scale. And is there any green on this? It has potential to be a nice building, but your rushed this and it shows.

i'm sorry, but this is not very good. the scale is WAY out of whack, the parking garages don't fit, and better textures are needed.

What is the footprint of this Building? (Length x Width) Looks great !
