I have, trust me. I figured maybe a few people would know others in the industry in this community.

Hey guys. First off, I've been a member here for years and just recently signed back on and I gotta say the layout is beautiful! The logo at the top kinda reminds me of something out of Fallout 3. Anyway, I'm posting here because I will be graduating soon from college, in May, and I am on the hunt for a 3D artist job, namely in the game industry. So far I haven't had much luck with many companies that I have sent my work out to, hopefully that will change sometime soon. I have 1680x1050 on my 22" widescreen as well, and simcity doesn't look as good anymore...Anyone know how to fix this? Any alternatives?
