good job, 4 star is good, but 5 star is the best, improve it and reach 5 star! By anyway, i will give 5/5 for this BAT because i know it not easy to make a BAT and that is a nice building for me. I'm sorry becuse i won't download this because it will not fit with my city, but for south american style towns, it's a good addition.

Lot is really well done, but I must say building textures are a touch bright. Also is it a ploppable or a growable? 4/5 STARS

In terms of colors, it looks a lot like the houses in Tropico: Paradise Island!

Not my taste though as it looks very bland. That's a rather sour coffee!
