Actually I think the textures are pretty accurate. You probably just aren't use to white and blue buildings. I know I'm not.

The Textures do need work. Modeling looks good, but the Textures right now are what downs it. The facade texture could use a bit of editing, and the glass as well. Otherwise, you have a pretty decent model here.

Don't listen about the textures; it's a plain building to begin with. The textures are what they seem to be in real-life; plain. That's no big deal whatsoever. Thank you for this. Will help me get more 6x6 buildings for my cities! 5/5

It's not that the textures are plain, mind you it's that they are saturated and cartoonish...

You can do "plain" textures for a building, and still have them come out not looking as bright and overly saturated as the ones in this BAT. The modeling looks fine, but the texturing destroys it in my opinion...

Judging by the image with the RL building, the textures look just fine... including the electric blue 'waist'.

It would also seem that over 500 people do not have any issues with the textures either.

Nice job, but... yet another tower! Ah, please forgive my rant, just complaining for the lack of European low-rises!

Freaking nice. I live in Greenville, South Carolina (USA) -- and we have a very large BMW plant here that puts out a ton of cars.
I wish someone would make that for Sim City 4... I've always tried to recreate Greenville in SC4, but I never have the buildings.. So it never turns out right
Also, its missing the correct highway interchanges

I'm guessing because a lot of people don't want to download a .rar file and so rate it lower.

Why not a .rar file?
