So here is my second release part of my univeristy buildings from UNAM (Autonomous National University of Mexico). Dark Nite and Maxis Nite included (choose one).

Rectoria tower (UNAM torre de rectoria), is the main administration building in the Ciudad Universitaria Campus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). This 17 story high building includes the dean’s office. It is in a group of landmark buildings that make the Campus a World Heritage site. Designed by Mario Pani Darqui and Enrique del Moral the building opened its doors for the first time on 1952. The outside of the building includes various murals creation of David A. Siqueiros.

That is also my BAT but as some other seen in the image have not been released yet, but don't worry I am planning to do so soon...

Thanks, could you be more especific regarding the textures? The model is based on the real life building...

those textures are so crisp that when you zoom out they look a bit too clean. if anything you did too good of a job texturing this. the building itself is beautiful (ADORE those windows and the covered arcade.) this is a job well done, full of little details that will add a lot to any city. thanks a bunch!
