Your missing the model. You are also missing texture on the building. Once you get those things fixed I'll give you a rating. But please fix these things first.

I'm not going to bother downloading this. At 17.33K I wouldn't expect a building worth downloading.

When I first clicked on this, I thought it looked good and that you deserved at least a 4. Then I saw the comments. Honestly, 17.33K for a building like this means you're missing something. Just check your files to see what you're missing...

I think you should revisit this project and work on the textures. I love the layout and the architecture of this. It just needs textures to look good in contrast with other buildings in a city. Keep working. It's looking great!!

That's awesome, Tallest in the Czech Republic!?! Prague's gonna need to keep up! My cousin used to go to the Technicke Universita there then moved to Bratislava and is now living in his home country, but he says he misses Brno a lot, he says it's nicer than Bratislava

It is a good model, but apart from the mentioned problems, I also think it could be bigger. As the tallest building in a city, look at its size compare to all the Maxis buildings in the background!

I've been wondering why it comes so small in filesize too

Honestly, with better textures and maybe a more interesting lot I'd definitely download this. You should really work on it some more cause the bones are there, you just need the finishing touches

I want to like this more, it's a unique building with a slick design and I'm glad you carted it over to SC4, but it needs a lot of work. The textures look flat and one dimensional, the colours are too saturated, the lot needs improvement, and there's a general lack of detail that undermines your work. Put some more effort in to it, fix the file, and reupload. In the meantime I'll give it a 3/5 for effort alone. Keep at it!

I think he fixed that problem,otherwise try downloading again as I got an
extraction error on the lot file.I redownloaded Again & it was fine & all files
were there.

I like it, looks good from the pictures, just some of the roof textures for the low bldg may be a bit weird.. you should definitely do more czech landmarks for simcity, u can see skyscrapercity.com (czech section) website for inspiration.

I agree that the building model is great...it's so close to being a must download but the textures are a bit off. Things have swung heavly towards the "realistic" look and this building has more of a "surreal" look as it stands now.

janslaven I am sure both cities Brno and Bratislava re beautiful. People from Prague re just more pride as is healthy. The fact is that BL has taller bldgs than Brno and Prague together. Whatever. X/X pts. for idea! Peace.
