NYBT Concord Arms, by Aaron Graham

Here’s the Concord Arms, these apartments are Wall to Wall (W2W) buildings, this building is a corner building. These apartments can be found in South Bronx, New York City. Enjoy the city life of the Concord Arms.

Please Download Maxis Nite or Dark nite, if you download both please install the nite verion you use for your cities at night. If you install both and using the default path settings that's appled in the installer the installed model file will replace the model file that's in the plugins folder.

Thank you Aaron, Amazing Concord Arms, we've been all waiting for it. It fits amazingly into urban areas, yet it's no problem to put it outside the city centers either. Thank you, amazing BAT

What is it? Grow R§, CO, or LM ? Lotsize ? Would be nice to have better description for a good looking BAT like this, only to make it even better ;)

Yeah would love to see more stats on this awesome upload, but based on the uploader's track record, there is no reason not to give this a 5/5 :thumb:

"Aaron Graham" has really become kind of a trademark - or a seal of quality, if you will. You just know you're gonna get detailed models with beautiful textures, an absolutely realistic look and very high usability, because most of them are the 'bread and butter' buildings that represent the largest part of a city. I don't think I'm going to get enough of these anytime soon. :)

I'd just use the regular Maxis pavers as lot textures, as I mentioned in your thread, but since that's a two-minute job with the LE, it's not really an issue.
