Very modern and clean, all except for the roof texture which is very rustic. I love the nightlights especially!

wow nice model I love interior details!! I just wonder if the roof junk in reality is "exposed" to the roof garden I try to found images from the roof but no luck. Fantastic work nonetheless.

thank you I love this style and looks like a "green roof" like I have seeen here in California on several new buildings

I am torn on this one. The model is interesting, the interiors and nightlighting superb, but the roof top is too dirty for a CO$$, and the lot is minimalistic. I will not rate/download at this moment, but I am sure the uploader is talented and look forward to your future work. :ohyes:

Really nice, no doubt. Maybe should have used a early summer texture for the roof, instead of a laye summer, early fall growth. I don't really care, because the rest of it is quite well done. Mes admirations pour ton travail détaillé. ;)

Thankyou for sharing - this is a wonderfully acurate representation of the real building :ducky:

(Merci - ceci est une représentation exacte de l'édifice)

Very useful for my collection :thumb:
By the way, the design of the building fit perfectly for a high tech factory as well :)

terring, those were exactly my thoughts! There is such a lack of I-HT facilities that I'm hunting high and low for buildings that are suitable for a re-intepretation - this is just one of it! Could be a biotchnology company or something like that.

In any case, I really like this BAT - it's a unique structure, and you captured the original very well. Thank you for uploading - merci beaucoup!

Great choice of a building to re-create and you made it a BAT of superb quality. The roof is very innovative. I can't think on top of my head of another BAT on the market that jumps on the growing RL trend of "green roofs".

Now that we saw an original picture, wow can't believe the bat actually reflect the actual rooftop. There is no reason not to give a 5/5 now, although I am still not going to download. :thumb:

Guys.. this is supposed to be an ecoroof... A lot of modern buildings have this, they let plants grow on the buildings, for what i don't know, i think it's for heating or something. Even some of the new shiny skyscrapers in Oslo have this, on PURPOSE.

Great work! And with no dependencies whatsoever! If it would be a growable, I would download it. I am not keen on ploppable buildings.
