ITS Wye station revisited

(Original by ill tonkso)

Wye station is a small countryside rail station (Lot size 6x3) which provides two platforms.

In addition this relotted version features bus functionality, TE street connections, and eyecandy parking.

Freight trains can pass the station, but the station is not acting as an freight station.

In addition to the new lot design, I raised the capacity to 36.000 sims and "tuned" some other stats.

Stats:

Lot size: 6x3

plop cost: 2000$

monthly cost: 50$

Transit Switch Entry Cost: 0,020

capacity: 36.000

power consumed: 4 kWh/month

water consumed: 13 m³/month

air pollution: 4 over 1 tiles

water pollution: 2 over 2 tiles

garbage: 7 over 0 tiles

Good job! it looks totally unspectacular in a good way - just like your average suburban (or smalltown) train station, which tends to be less exciting. *cough*

However, it is clearly visible that you put some thought into the lot design, and that you selected and arranged all props with a clear concept in mind and in a logical and realistic manner. I like how you also added some bicycles.

Last but not least, you did a good job at keeping the dependencies under control.

A recommendable download in my books. :thumb:

very nice! I am using it in some of my cities and it is very practical. It doesn't use much space but handles cars, buses and pedestrians very well.

Good! But 36,000 sims is lot! I'm giving you 5 stars, but if i could it would be 4.5.
