This is an...unique lot.. but I like it, 5/5!

In return for the higher income, are the effects more damaging? If this is just a bigger version of the original with more income, then it doesn't add the same trade off of money versus environment. More details can never hurt

1000 for the first month, but 5000 for the rest of the time you have it plopped

Is it possible to have multiple ones in the same city?

Does anyone know the stat's on this thing or at least a relative idea on the radius range of radiation? Is it simular to the Default Maxis Toxic Waste Dump? i would like 2 download and possibly use this but there is no stat's posted on this page.
