Maison de Lexy is a reprodcution of real houses which can be found in the industrial french regions like Lorraine for example. These houses has been built during the 50's by the bosses to keep their workers, because of the little unemployment rate. Today, these houses are damaged and the families renovate them.
This house is available in a 2×2 or 2×3 LOTs with 30 R§ occupants.
