Any SimCity original buildings are not built on 1x4 commercial zone, so I made 3 growable CS$$ buildings that are built on 1x4 zone.
(1)Twoson Department Store - 514 jobs High Density
(2)Happy Happy Building - 643 jobs High Density
(3)Drug Store - 84 jobs Low Density ~
These buildings are built on 1x3, 1x4, 3x1, 4x1.
