Creating Straight Edged Coastlines, Canals, and Ports
biloxisean commented on Rochefort's article in SC4 Tutorials
I use this method all the time, but I have found that if I have a subway crossing under the body of water, the terrain is too steep to build. I get around that by making the coast line "split level" which allows for subways too be built properly. -

Isn't there a piece that turns regular rail into a subway? Couldn't you use that? BTW If you were recreating a New York kind of city, you would have to put you heavy rail underground, which is how they do it, especially in Manhattan.

Does anybody know of any good NY MTA style El over road stations. I got the 2 Chicago stations and a few from bri-pizza's site, but I cannot seem to find any NYC style.

Is there an elevated over road - one way road interchange on this update. That is some thing that would be nice to have.

Snobby Sims Refusing to Ride the Subway

Off course you can force them to use the Subway eliminating all ways to get to jobs except by subway. -
In Biloxi there is a small street called Mc St. There's a McDonalds next to it, but the street was there before the McDonalds. Go figure.

I was wondering, does anyone have a model of the Coney Island/Stillwell Av elevated station. Either the old version or the new one that just opened. I think it would make a nice EL terminal. I know this isn't the BAT request forum, but I' surprised t is not on the STEX.
