In my real job I have to handle 3-15 boxes from Thermo every day. Now I can have my sims move that heavy stuff!

From what I can see, this looks amazing. But it looks WAY too small for a 7x4 lot. Why is the lot so big?

Ah, never mind. Now I can see it from the DarkNite version, pic. 10/10 for a great building.

Unique, detailed building. Many ways to use it too. Plopped a college in and city growth just boosted like crazy. Would be nice to see monthly costs to the info pop up window. Also no dependencies is nice to see. Keep Batting.

I haven't used any of the plops yet but one has grown in my heavy industrial city, although it seems there are dependencies, as i have a massive brown box, see below.
