Sunwin House
Part of my City Centre Series: a series of BATs to add to the variety of town and city centre 'fill in' areas. No need for a flashy name... these aren't flashy buildings in the main. The series is on-going and never ending (probably/hopefully/maybe). I'll mostly be basing them on buildings from UK cities, but I'm not necessarily going to limit its scope to British buildings.
Sunwin House is a medium sized wall2wall corner department store, currently occupied by a branch of TK Maxx. The long side of this 2x3 building has an older, industrial portion where the shopping area can be blended into backstreet warehouses. Keep an eye out for future BATs from this series that will serve just this purpose.
The building can be found in real life in the city of Sheffield, England right next door to my Moorhead House BAT on Furnival Gate.
This download includes a growable and a ploppable version of the same lot. It also contains both standard Maxis Night and DarkNite models. Make sure only one of the model files is in your plugins as the game reads them as the same file. Full installation instructions are in the readme.
The DarkNite model is best used with SimFox's Day'n'Nite Modd, found here
