This one is a CS$$$ growable stages 1 and 2 on two different lots - a 3x3 and a 4x3; both provide 34 jobs, with standard custom query and nightlights. There are dependencies required for this one, as the standard Maxis textures and props couldn't do justice to the overall design of the lots. This is what you'll need...

The first three are available at the LEX over at SC4Devotion, while the last one is here on the STEX. These are used extensively in BSC works, so the chances are pretty good that you might already have these if you've collected the different BATs of BSC members. You are free, however, to relot this with your own textures and props, if you don't want to deal with dependencies...
This will probably be the last of the Simtology BATs. Just don't drop your guard around those sneaky and suspicious Simtologists; you never know what they're keeping filed away to use against us should we cross them...Elrond Snubbard may be gone, but the cult lives on! Enjoy...
