About This File

This late modernist tower offers quality office space to the investment firms of SimNation. At Gardener Center, the broadness of the boss's executive desk is matched only by the broadness of his secretary's shoulder pads.

Included are a 6x4 and 4x6 C§ growable, and a 6x4 C§ ploppable. All versions are corner lots.

This is the Dark Nite version of the Gardener Building, made for the darker night environment created by the Day 'n' Nite Modd.

This must be one of the best modernist BATs that have ever been released. I love the glass reflections and the sunken courtyard! Although the main building is your average box, this lot will create an impression of depth and detail and should be a highlight in any smaller downtown, although it's not flashy and/or obtrusive and/or ridiculously huge. Thanks a bunch!

Wow that open basement public plaza, even more wow those perfect glass reflections! You show all the newbies why we should all start out smaller and perfect your skills before you go ambitious and magnify the flaws! 5/5 does not do it justice.

His secretary is a linebacker? XD Wow, it must be hard to get a meeting with him! Seriously, Jason, this is just superb. I'm a rural gal, but you make me wanna go all citified. Do you ever daydream about barns?

...what can I say that hasn't already been said... 5/5, well done, a real study in modeling, lighting, lotting something as generic as a lease-space office tower

Truly wonderful. Pairing the building monolith with the sunken plaza to create an element of reflection in the mirror glass was brilliant.
