Dear citizens of Simtropolis, let me share with you the "River View Hotel" building. It was a painful delivery!
Located on the banks of the historical Singapore River, near Chinatown, the River View Hotel is only minutes away from the Center Business District and Orchard Road Shopping Area. Centrally positioned, the hotel is a 20-minute drive to Changi International Airport as well as 10 minutes drive to the World Trade Centre and Suntec City.
River View is a 21-storey 4 stars hotel and boasts 470 guest rooms
2 Growable versions (V1 with chineese characters and V2 without): both are CS$$$
I made a left corner lot for the growing versions (the street have to make a L)
Lot size: 3x6
2 Plopable versions (one with chineese characters and one without): available in LM menu with CS $$$ jobs
Lot size: 6x3
capacity: v1 690 jobs / V2 650 jobs

Installation : - copy The Piotr Delpi (The Delpi world's Mayor) folder from ZIP file into
C:\…MyDocuments\Simcity4\Plugin folder.
After that, the building will be available in the game.
