Great modelling - I love commercial buildings like this. The windows in the nightshot look like they're all made of frosted glass, though - is it a nightmap? Wish there were some more variation in them at night...great job nonetheless, glad this one landed on the STEX.

@madhatter: No, just standard lighting--I need to explore nightmaps more. @plasticboy: ...you don't say! ;)

To give such a great building a 1 is plain stupidity. Especially without explaining in a comment. 5/5 to compensate this fool (would've given 5/5 anyway, great job).

p m: Given that maxis buildings have a similar number, the occupants make sense. If you actually compare the scale of this against maxis, you would note that the floors are actually TALLER, so double check before you make comments like that . Anyway, I kinda like making these midrise W2Ws myself, maybe I'll do more after I finish Iodent. I love the concrete supports showing, they add a lot more variety than just a brick wall.

scale looks right to me, people gotta remember that old buildings tend to be rather tall floorwise too. it's what kinda makes them different to modern ones :P

probably you got 1 star because it doesn't come with a Pepsi or a coca-cola sign and it is not a dog pound....Anyways great building love the brick wall with the cement supports, is just fantastic. There are a lot of buildings with that kind of sides in Mexico city so I wish to see more like this (maybe different fronts.

Sorry, but not enough occupants and the scale of the building seams a bit a bit small despite the great detail and good work.

This isn't a CO$$$ (which would have more jobs), it is CS, which hardly has any at all. The usual floor height you would use in a building is 4m (maxis is smaller), these are probably 5m or more. This building is anything but under scaled.
