LOL!!! You just took a few of my Battersea textures and stuck them on this thing, you are so lazy =P Anyway, it looks alright I guess, proportions are rather odd and the roof could have used some better UVW mapping given that texture.

very good work...looks like a gay bar though with the rainbow colored lights...but that's ok ....one of my cities n one of my regions should have at least one gay bar

Nite lites are great. Custom query sound is awesome. Looked like a frivilous download and turns out to be a true treasure for any city. Very well done!
