A lovely building. But it generates a huge amount of industrial taxes (even taking account of the extra jobs) which upsets the game balance a bit!

There's a few industrial skyscrapers in Hong Kong that are even taller than 20 stories.

One of them's got what looks like a truck ramp (mid rise buildings in other cities like Singapore or Tokyo sometimes have these too)

The tallest is the cable TV tower (41s) which also has a cargo container elevator.
