I seem to be missing the gray base texture (0x8A050000). I found the BSC Texture 02 and the SFBT_ArkenbergeJoe_Texturen. I could add one my self but thought I would check in first. And yes another great creation,love it. Thanks for sharing.

bixel - i lived in kenswood court (phase 7) in the 90s when they first built the place, and now i'm in the US. I remember Leon Lai did a commercial for kingswood villas too... brings back memories. thx again for making this

hold ctrl down to zone large areas, study the zoning config picture I provided. You may need to have a large city.

edman2012: It may not look R$ to most other people, but these are some of the cheapest private flats for Hong Kong due to its far-out-of-reach location, not necessarily its condition. such is the abnormal reality and craziness of the HK housing market. If you pay attention, Bixel is specialized in recreating Hong Kong.

I have all dependencies installed an even though the textures around the buildings' bases are either black or transparent sometimes. Sometimes they look fine as they should. Is there a conflict with some other textures?
