Not bad. In my opinion there are too much lightposts, and you could use some custom trees.

to much light spots yes, but custom trees aren't necessary, but random tress yes.. to add some variety. still.. good job :)

I would randomize the trees a bit and do one light post per lot instead of two. It is a good concept and it looks good, just a bit too repetitive.

I like the tree pattern. It looks like the center divides for remodeled downtowns or malls or housing districts. The lights are a bit much, but I can get past that.
