I better elaborate...that thing looks great. Although I think its a very plain building, it has a charm to it, and the surface floor's design is great! Tulsa has many great buildings, this being one of the less impressive, but it's always a nice addition. It's also nice to see some recognition of Tulsa as a real urban area! Man <3

I am not a fan of this style of buildings but it looks pretty good, including the lot, only one thing, I can't seem to find the mainentrance though........

it would be nice to see more stats of the building (and I don't mean it height - it is actually totally irrelevant) given in the open description. One good side to it is that it will point attention to some either erroneous or pain wrong ones. For instance here author claim CO$$ occupancy of 3205, when in fact it is 17203!!! Such number will for sure ruin the whole CO market in your city.

Don't stop doing what you do, keep up producing the Oklahoma City/Tulsa buildings. I live in Oklahoma and go to these cities, and I am satisfied with your replicas. A+! 6 stars out of 5.
