Wow, I've been searching this for ages. I had it some time ago, but I lost it...

I am just pleased to finally see this mod finally on the STEX. It has always been a very hard mod to find unless you knew the direct download link. Please be aware that Dirk gave permission to upload this file even though it is not my mod and Teirusu is sadly no longer active in our community,.

GTAGod: It will flood - Noah's Ark territory! But no worries... just exit the tile and reload... the rain only lasts for a single game session.

WOW!! This is so awsome I've always wanted to flood my city thanks a million. There seems to be a few glitches, like somtimes there is a hole where the building is and sometimes on top of smaller buildings.

I mean you can see the whole lot od a building and it cuts out the water surface, it's hard to explain.

I have tried this mod , love it ! Excellent job .Thanx
