NEIG paid all expenses, and traveled in finally ready, KP3184-02. I could not take pictures on earth, but a helicopter (now at New Earth) succeeded. A NEIG pagou todas as despesas, e viajei, na finalmente pronta, KP3184-02. Não pude fazer fotos na Terra, mas um helicóptero (já na New Earth) conseguiu. Eis a foto: A nave imensa que podem ver é a grandiosa KP3184-02. Ao fundo, podem ver a grande linha férrea que irá ligar todo o planeta, de norte a sul. É conhecida como "The Line". Essa região está completamente em branco, como podemos dizer sobre aquelas terras que não possuem qualquer tipo de desenvolvimento, com notória exclusão do desenvolvimento base da região pela primeira leva de trabalhadores através da KP3184-01 (sim, aqueles 18,000,000) . Agora eu sou oficialmente o dono daquelas terras. Esta manhã, no dia 15/01/2046, recebi as primeiras fotos da minha terra. Obviamente não mostrarei todas porque são altamente sigilosas, mas posso mostrar a construção das naves que levarão os materiais para a construção da KP3184-02: Como podem ver, seu desenvolvimento está sendo extensivo. Algo que posso mostrar-lhes também é o desenvolvimento na minha primeira cidade, que sse chama Delaware (temporariamente). Isso que vou mostrar-lhes é exclusivo, e ninguém mais no planeta sabe. As linhas de transmissão de energia, que interligarão o planeta todo: As Avenidas ( em especial a que cruzará todo o território) e seus cruzamentos: A linha do trem bala, que ligará todo o planeta: As Usinas da NEIG, criadas para suprir uma cidade inteira de 4,000,000 de habitantes. Elas funcionam a base dos raios ultra-violeta e solar: E, finalmente, a construção de um prédio de escritório de alta renda e a primeira sede da NEIG no planeta.
