@JDRCRASH : Probably just a few listed in the readme.

Be so much better if they were nto EXE files. For years people have askedt hat uploaders stop doing that, and your work is far too good not to be used by everyone, yet you continue to upload in EXE.... Designs look great.

Minimal = 3 or 4, Essentials and texture packs I use on every lot.

@USAPatriot...do as I do (because I hate installers too) have it installed to your desktop first and then install them individually as you wish. I don't know why it all started and why some are still using this complicated way of delivering us their uploads. Great job again, although I am beginning to have enough of these brownish boxbldg's for RCI uses. Nicely textured.

Model looks nice. Could you please list the dependencies, I won't download first, especially, when there's no stats listed or even a nightlight picture. I like to have a fairly good idea in what I am getting. I think it's great your back, but I wish you would put 1/5 the effort into your descriptions that you put into your bats.
