I love the colour of the nightlights. And because you made both growable and ploppable lots with an extra college lot and no dependencies, you get 10/10.

I'm working on a socialism-era city and these modernist bulidings are what I need the most. This'lll be an excellent replacement of the Maxis college. And no dependencies?! 10/10
