Wonderfully done, always in need for some good industrials. Check your sizes, it looks a tiny bit too high, but great BAT.

5 different lots? Will these grow like weeds again? Hehe! Regardless, the bat itself is great and we always need more industrials for sure. And when can we see really large industrial buildings? We got many of these in Asia but so far nobody has ever batted one!! Really need those to add reality and variety!!

Hi, Kendiecasttsoi! thanks for your compliment :) About the 5 lots, half of them is for low-growth stage, just to appear in small regions too. And yes, i would love to BAT bigger buildings, but i have a significant problem. My RAM is too low to endure so much polygon. I have 128Mb or something, So, my detailed architecture is quite limited in size, if i want to keep the quality. But maybe someday... :)

Hey, that's no problem. I like these small industrials, and with industrial buildings, you could even try making bigger stuff by breaking down a complex into its parts (e.g. manufacturing hall, a chimney, a warehouse, a storage tank, a loading dock...) and putting them together in the Lot Editor. This has the side effect that you can make varied arrangements of the same models. ;)
