Perfect!!! It's tall and its got it all! This structure shows a magnificent representation of the big city north american style spaning from 1919 to 1947 ... ish. I have a tapestry from Ikea showing a large framed picture of newyork and it has a great many of these kind of buildings. It has amazing textures amazeing detail and still you seaze to amaze me. A thousand thanks from you're larger than life fan Daniel!

Another great BAT from you! Since you already received the praise you deserve, please allow me to point out some aspects where I see room for further improvement: 1) The day windows are black holes; a texture with a lot more variation and brightness would improve the overall look enormously. 2) The roof junk looks like a rather arbitrary arrangement of cubes and cylinders. Remember you can also make roof terraces, sun decks, skylights etc. Check out Maxis buildings to get some ideas. ;) (tbc)

(3) Your roof textures themselves are great, but sometimes (e.g. in this case) they don't align with the roof somehow. You can make darker smudges around all edges and rooftop objects, and brighter areas where service technicians etc. are likely to walk - something in that direction. (4) The side walls are often a tad too empty and blank. If you make them more interesting (at least a few windows, a faded ad, etc.), the building doesn't look odd when it ends up next to a lower building.

Just a few suggestions intended to help you to improve even further - I love the kind of BATs you make, and I'm using a bunch of them already. You are really talented, and the volume you output is immense. I hope we'll see you continue with full steam - happy BATting and thanks so much for sharing your work! :)
