This addition to the CDK3-SP Row Warehouses is, essentially, almost identical to the 2x Warehouse lot... except that it features a barge to add some variety and activity to your seaports.
Barges remain in active use in many harbors.... especially those near off-shore islands and navigatable rivers. Barges are an inexpensive method of transporting freight in relatively calmer waters.
The barge is one of 3 random, slightly different models and has break-bulk freight that loads/unloads through the day. All properties, jobs & other features are similar to the 2x Row Warehouse lot.
Note - The barge is slightly longer than the 2x wide lot... so allow extra room on either side.
