With a constructionsize like this and hardly any sims on the lot, this picture must have been taken on a sunday, right? What's this with *Rules* when it is to upload for free for everyone.....kinda dumb imo, anyways....the model is quite nicely done, good textures and fine details. I love the cranes!!

Thats an epic disclaimer, seems a bit overkill, but if you want to keep something safe, you MAKE it safe LOL. Great job otherwise. I want to see more of your work... You show great promise young one (lol).

Well it is probably the best "construction stage" BAT so far... There are some details I would like to point. I think you probably should have put some fencing around the site, and got rid of floor beds... On the building itself there are some odd glitches that could also be seen on preview picture above (second floor). When making Large buildings with Default rig, it should be adjusted - namely the resolutions of Shadow maps, otherwise shadows turn into blobs. All in all a good start!

You should have described first your BAT and then put your disclaimer in an adequate way. This way it is really rude and nasty. The BAT looks good but the Lot is too empty. No fence, no personal or office barracks, way too material stocks etc.
