By default, you at least deserve credit for giving us a 2x1, because quite frankly 1x2 is done to death by now. Bat quality-wise, this is as good as what you have done before, and you have done aplenty by now. =P

Great. I don't know if this is taller than most of the other "MP Low Wealth W2W" buildings, but it looks a tad bit taller. In which case, thanks for taking some of my advice and building somthing a bit taller. Maybe you can work on a clinic now or a railway station, elevated railway station, bus stop, or subway stop. What ever you do next, it'll be great!
