The Lexington 1.0

This is quite regal looking, a truly distinguished domicile. I like the building design. Not so square, it's interesting to the eye.

I have a sprawl city named Lexington that this will go in perfectly. I am going to make a gated community featuring this building over and over again surrounded by lush landscaping. I'll mix it up with the 4 x 4 with external 3rd party garages and the 5 x 4. Thanks!

You think you could make it a plop landmark?

Thanks again everyone. Godzillaman: No. Residential plops don't work and a plop landmark would be just useless eye candy (not worth redoing the upload to include). If you zone a corner, 3x4 or 3x5 and have the demand this one grows fairly easily in my testing so it shouldn't be hard to get it to appear.

This type of building is common in real life, but lacking in the game. It turned out great. :)

I bought SimCity 4 way back when it first came out in 2003 - played for about a month and decided I didn't care too much for it.  However, about 6 months ago, I took it off the bookshelf, dusted it off and gave it another go - I stumbled upon the STEX, SC4Devotion, The PLEX, etc. where all of the custom content is and now I must say that I only wish I hadn't given up on this game so many years ago!  I missed a lot of cool stuff over the years, but I am so glad all of it is still available for download!

 

By the way, SPA.. I love your work!  I have most of your stuff in my plugins folder.. truely awesome stuff!  Keep it up!
