This is a 3d-model of the Amsterdam City Manor of Landgoed Frankendael. It has been built in 1660 and it's the last of its kind within the city boundaries of today. In real life, it can be found along the Middenweg leading towards the town of Diemen. In the game, you can use it as a landmark. I made a ploppable landmark out of it, on a 3x4 lot. Have fun!

In the late seventies and eighties many cheap social housing projects were finished in Dutch cities. Many of these projects still exist till today, such as this one found in Haarlem. Although not very charmful, they make up a certain percentage of some older neighbourhoods of Dutch cities. As of today, you can spice up your Dutch SC4-cities with these ugly and cheap apartments. In the game, they serve the purpose of a 5x1 R$6-residential.

  8. Delftse Poort (Nationale Nederlanden) Rotterdam - Remastered

Netjes. Niet eenvoudig om een zwarte doos als de Delftse Poort na te maken. Goed gelukt en herkenbaar. Good effort and realistic.

A Tribute to New York, celebrating its 400th anniversary 1609-2009. This old church was built by the Dutch in the 17th century in the colony of Nieuw Amsterdam, to be renamed New York later. The building can be seen in many old paintings from that era depicting the view of the city. In 1674, the Dutch traded Nieuw Amsterdam for Suriname as a result of the Treaty of Breda. After the English takeover, some Dutch buildings survived for a while, but city fires like the Great Fire of 1835 eventually destoryed all of them over time. I made the model by comparing 10 different old paintings and drawings found on the internet and combining them along with architecural elements found in existing old Dutch churches in The Netherlands. The church is placed on a 2x2 Landmark lot.

Dutch historic house from the town of Purmerend, located at the 'Wagenbeurs'. In the game it serves as a R$$$ 1x1 lot. Enjoy.

Hee, ziet er mooi uit! Looks nice!
  12. Dutch Brick W2W Residential

@Heblem: Hard to say with these Mansard-roofs. It could very well be, but on the other hand, given the low angle of the pic, it could very well be not. But, i admit, I gambled a bit with the size of the roof! ;-)

An original W2W-building form Dutch Haarlem. These row houses were built around 1890 by the time the city was expanding rapidly due to industrial development. In your game, these buildings will grow in your cities as R$$ residentials. I’ve included 6 lots with this download. Have fun!

This is a W2W corner building for your cities in Dutch style. It was erected around 1900 in one of the neighbourhoods directly West of Haarlem city centre. A lot of medium income homes were built in this style around the country in several cities in that time. In your cities you can use it as a R$$ building for you Sims to live in.
