This MOD includes 2 farm mod.
1 Farm Field Pay Tax ModNow farm field pays tax !!
This Mod makes more money for your farming community. About 1 farm field pays tax $1/month (hard mode).
2 Mod files exist. Chose one of them.
FarmFieldTax.dat : This file is only adding tax..
FarmFieldTaxWater.dat : This file add tax and field consumes water (1 / 1 field). I think farm needs water. If you want some reality, chose this file.
In my experiment, this Mod works on BSC farm field.
2 Farm Demand from CS$ Mod
The purpose of this mod is when your city grow big and demand for farm was over, but you want farm in your city.
Mod changes farm's demand source from I-R (0x00004100) to CS$ (0x00003110). Farms grow by CS$ demand in your big city.
This Mod not affects tax and job of farm.
And this mod includes to reduce effect from traffic volume. Farms don't die in heavy traffic circumstance.
2 Mod files exist. Chose one of them.
Developer_I-R_DemandSourceCS$_ReduceTrafficEffect.dat : Change to CS$ demand and reduce traffic effect.
Developer_I-R_ReduceTrafficEffect.dat : Only reduce traffic effect.
Important: Don't use CS$ demand mod for scratch region. Initial region has low CS$ demand and demand is satisfied fast, a farm cannot grow by CS$ demand.
*This Mod is not CAM compatible.... sorry
