LOL I love this one..great work the cracks in the windows and boared up windows are a nice touch...good to see you actually put a residental capacity for it. Since a lot of run downed/abandoned apartments usually have house squatters in them and druggies and such. 10/10 Good to see more low rise buildings from you.

one thing..try scaling your buildings up 33%. It looks like they are falling victim to the SC4 squash effect.

The broken windows are a nice touch, but it is about time we see something larger in scale and not too much W2W. I am sure you are ready to do more exciting things! For now, 8/10!! hehe

i think you should keep making ploppable lots, but i'm not forcing you to do it. I'm just saying. it's easier to plop. but i love your models. 10/10 very useful ;-)
