The very first upload of a new modelling talent named Autovino immediately drew my attention. This great IM model is very well modelled and the simple lot it comes with is exactly what it needed.
The original upload contains the model and a growable lot. After asking permission from Autovino I have created a ploppable IM lot with jobs and present it here as an extra lot for the community to use when you don't want to wait for it to grow.
Full credits for both the model and lot are given to Autovino.
I only modded the lot. Also, remember that a plopped industrial lot will not spawn freight trucks.
