Most real industrial areas have lots of open space between buildings.These lots will help you build those concrete wastelands..
There are seven lots: three with trailers, one with a vehicle, one with a vehicle and a container, one with crates, palettes and/or barrels, and one with parked cars. Most of the lots use prop families to create some random variation.
They will appear in your park menu, but they have no park or landmark effect.
