I like the building a lot, and considering its your first one, double thumbs for that. One question: Does it come with a growable lot?

@zwabberaar it is a growable lot. It grows pretty easy when you zone a 3 by 3 dense industry at an intersection of two roads and when you have good manufactoring demand for it too.
