meh? it rocks, but one problem: the road intersection textures are flipped, not the turning lanes, the intersection itself--both T and +

Wow! I mean...WOW! I always thought that the black was slightly unrealistic (even if it IS asphalt), as British asphalt isn't completely black, but almost a greyish colour just like these! I'm sure that somehow the Euro Roads Mod and this could be fused together to make some sort of solution, but these alone are some brilliant work!

Wow thanks so much for putting this out. Just one problem which i would be really grateful for if you ever get the time to update this. like nerdly_dood pointed out the road intersection file seems to be flipped so it doesn't match up with the turning lanes properly. 2+1 extra mutant thumbs up!

@Nerdly_dood and -1348-: Why the intersections are flipped is Thianz created this mod based on my CPM Zebra Crossings V2.0. V2.0 was only for the Left Hand Version, maybe he didn't notice that. @Thianz: If you are planning to fix RTL textures, use the v2.1.

I am using this mod now and like the way it appears in-game much better than the Maxis default textures. One question and a problem. Do I install the whole mod into the Nam folder? Also, once a city begins to grow, the game slows almost to a halt in closer zoom levels. I have a fairly new machine with a good graphic card and a gig of ram. Anyway, fantastic job 10/10.

Wow - this mod looks amazing! Any chance you could retexture the 3 curved roads that come with the NAM (I think Dedgren made them)?

i...maybe try to fix "flipped""intersection"...and the part of GLR and RHW... thx u. (All the tiles of the mod art total "+20" brighten by PhotoImpact. "ctrl+e" ->"10""20""0". i mean if somebody want to make fsh by himself...:) i say too much...i mean i will try to do the rest work but i can't promise.

This looks really great, it was kind of weird at first, because it wasn't all black, but now that i am used to seeing it i think it looks better than the original, and more like what is around here. Most of the streets are like this, only a few of the newly paved streets are like the original. This is vary good, great work.

I didn't want to download this at first, but I have to have it now, I think it will make everything blend better, and look more realistic, GOOD JOB!

Thianz, this is a spectacular mod, it's just what I needed for my CJ :D I was wondering, besides the flipped intersections, in your spare time would you be willing to fix this problem?: https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=42&threadid=96864&highlight_key=y Cheers! 10/10

Very nice. The darker maxis textures look like the freshly layed asphalt in my neighborhood, actually all over our city here, but your textured roads look more like what happens to the freshly layed asphalt after a couple years of use, so very nice.
