A simple tree planter in the middle of the road and a One Way Blvd actual textures of an old road.

Find: The Road Planter will appear in Misc Transit, but the Old One Way Road will appear in parks menu. It is suggested to delete part of the road where you want the lots placed. It should then connect, rather than placing it over an existing road. The one way can work just like an avenue, but 6 pieces of an avenue will need to be deleted, and this lot will need to be plopped in between, it should automatically get connected. It seems not to block commercial.
Note: Because the lines faded away on the old one way road, the cars will not pass on it, since theres no lane lines, just on the ends of the road.
