lighting is my favorite, all though i dont think its very realistic for a nuclear explosion to be going on in the nightlights :P. quick question:are those trees props or part of the model. im just interested if you can reflect props . anyway sims co. is one lucky guy/gal 10/10

I don't believe in perfection, so this one ain't perfect neither, but it's a heck of a good job. Just love it!! Really great! I especially like the bottom part of the building, something that is neglected by many great BATters. You just went up another step on my ladder of respect. I usually have always something to say about a BAT or lot, but cannot find anything here (for the moment.....lol) Thanks for sharing also.

Dan, I appreciate this upload but I see some room for improvement if you are willing to listen. First off, are you using MAX or GMAX? Becuase, in MAX, you can illuminate interiors instead of putting those odd illuminating windows that show daytime; secondly, is there a growable in this? Thirdly, what of the lobby... If a building has lights on upstairs surely there'd be a security guard on post or something in the lobby; therefore some lighting? 8/10

Yeah a little room for improvement, but it's still quite amazing. Congrats Sims Co and Tonkso! I like the curve at the top, just a bit jagged. 9.
