I am not going to rate this one yet as I am suspicious of a few things that I will test first. Ploppable Industry? Wait I thought that could not be done as freight trips don't start which will kick any industry city in the goonads. So unless something is a miss, I am wary of this and the other lot subject to tests. I might be BLaM but as KT knws I am brutely honest

It's beautiful (in an ugly way) and I love it. Quite a bit more realistic than any Maxis industrial building. Anyway, Palpatine might be right about ploppable industry and freight problems--I've noticed that myself. Still, I'm more into eye-candy cities, so this rocks as far as I'm concerned.

Keep your shirt on old boy LOL! My tests have revealed my suspicions and as I expected the lot is fine fukuda, I am aware the limitations of Plops and so on. NICE Work and get addition to any city, just one question though, what textures you used here?

Again, great work! Nice detail on the tanks and smokestacks! I've made ploppable industrial lots myself and they function fine, albeit no freight trips are generated.

Great looking BAT - fits in very well with my UK themed cities, although I suppose they'd fit into most countries themes from US to Euro? Although I do prefer growables myself these are still a "must have" They look great alongside Gascooker's Ind. BATs by the way...

Good looking building, but I seriously doubt that the building would have been built using that architectural style in the 1950's. 9/10

Really nice. But oh, I only whish it were growable. It is quite long for that but it would still fit into most places (at least in my I-zones).
