you need to remod the stats of ths building mainly the pollutions stats 17 air 17 water and 83 garbage,,,,about 4 or 5 times too high, and with a building value of over 11,000..makes this building unrealistic and will cause polltion issues in the city and will cause the other buildings not to grow cuz of the high BV...BLAM modder needs to monitor or at least look at the in game vales much more closely my rating 1, bugged and unuseable

it's not higher than usual. i've checked it and i don't see what the problem is,this is what the dwfault stats was...

Sorry but in Australia the guy word means anything between the to sex types.

The building is a pretty colour. I think the nightlighting could be more varied, and the stats modding needs more work.

what "more work"? i have looked through the stats over and over, and still don't see what's so wrong... are you forgetting these if these 3 buildings were put on top of each they swould be the height of arround 30 floors?That's why i set it at these levels,period.

They are recreated really nice:) And nice to se someone making good use of my pictures;)
