Thge detail on the building is amazing. I also really like the idea of an Eneregy Neutral Building, i think it would go well with more modern cities (its a modern concept). I agree with Goldfish4209 that the building is a little thin however, especially for a R$$$. Great lighting, 10/10 hands down.

Really good, but the house seem to be too thin. But the solar panels are a great idea.

Nice work, tag_one. I would have added a little greenery along the base of the front elevation, but hey...that's just me. This'll be showing up in my cities soon.
