About This File
This building was built in the late 1960s to house the headquarters for First Chicago Bank. Over the subsequent 30 years, First Chicago was absorbed into Bank One, which was then absorbed into JPMorgan-Chase Bank. Today, Chase Tower is a very distinctive building, at the geographical center of Chicago's Loop district. Its sunken plaza and restaurants provide a place to rest and relax in the city.
FlibbidyFleu's building came out several years ago, and it was a very high-quality BAT for its time. I was disappointed because it lacked the very-cool sunken plaza adjoining the building The parade/dancing scene in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" was even filmed there. So I BATted it as a separate prop and made a new lot, then re-modded it for personal use. Later, when I had a chance to contact FlibbidyFleu, I sent him my reworked lot, and he permitted me to release it.
NOTE - this building does not have nightlights.
There is nothing I can do about this, because it was made that way.
There are two variations included - a vanilla Landmark, and an RCI ploppable.
Sorry to the growable fans - 6x6 is the limit, I think, for growables, and this is 6x7.
